基于磁流变减振器的汽车半主动悬架最优控制性能仿真分析
Optimal Control Simulation Applied to Automobile Semi-active Suspension Based on MR Damper
【摘要】 应用Matlab/Simulink软件,以某型号皮卡车为对象建立1/4车辆悬架模型,以簧上质量垂直方向的加速度均方根值和轮胎动载荷为控制目标,以悬架动行程为约束量,对由磁流变减振器构成的汽车半主动悬架,利用最优控制方法进行了控制性能仿真。各种不同工况的仿真结果表明,最优控制器具有较好的控制效果和适应性,可以提高汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性。
【Abstract】 The one-quarter-vehicle model of a certain truck is built up in Matlab/Simulink.The paper takes the sprung mass’s acceleration RMS and the tire’s dynamic loads as control objects,and the suspension stroke as a restriction.The optimal control is applied to the automobile semi-active suspension based on magneto-rheological damper.The simulation results in different conditions show that the optimal controller is validity and adaptability.The road comfort and handling stability are improved by the use of the optimal controller.
