【摘要】 [目的]初步评价以乌梅丸加减的帕病2号方治疗震颤型帕金森病的临床疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性的随机对照试验,对本院帕金森病专科门诊和病房60例合格受试者,用简单随机法按1:1比例随机分配至治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组采用中西医结合疗法,给予帕病2号汤剂口服,1剂/d,配合西药美多巴片,对照组只口服美多巴,观察周期3个月。[结果]治疗组治疗震颤型帕金森病在改善患者精神、行为和情绪、日常活动、运动功能方面有效,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]震颤型帕金森病从肝肾论治,以肝肾亏虚,肝风内动为基本病机,给予滋养肝肾,熄风止颤法治疗,可取得一定的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objection] To make a clinical research for preliminarily evaluation to the clinical efficacy of PD NO.2 from WuMei pill on Parkinson’s Disease.[Methods] This research was a prospective randomized controlled trial.All the sixty qualified patients came from PD special out-patient or hospital patients of Guandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These patients were randomly divided into two groups:thirty in the treatment group,thirty in the control group.The therapy of the treatment group was:Decoction of PD NO.2,PO,once a day,together with Madopar,PO,three times a day.The therapy of the control group was only taking Madopar orally,the dose was as same as the treatment group.To observe cycle of the two groups were both three months.[Results] The treatment group was an effective prescription for tremor type PD,especially at the phychosis,behavior and emotion,ordinary activity,movement function.The difference had a statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Tremor type PD’s pathogenesis was deficiency of the liver and kidney and Liver-Wind stirs up internally.We took a good healing effect from the treatment of nourish Kidney and Liver to stop endogenous wind.更多还原
