【摘要】 目的探讨β3肾上腺能受体(β3-AR)基因Trp64Arg变异在武汉市学龄前肥胖儿童中的分布情况及意义。方法对714名儿童的β3-AR基因型进行检测,并测量其体重、身高、胸围,计算体质指数,测查儿童气质类型。结果女童中不同程度肥胖儿童与正常儿童β3-AR基因多态性差异有统计学意义,纯合子变异者甘油三酯水平较高,高密度脂蛋白水平较低,差异有统计学意义,肥胖儿童β3-AR不同等位基因间的气质类型分布差异有统计学意义。结论武汉市学龄前儿童β3-AR Trp64Arg变异基因型的分布与单纯性肥胖、血脂水平和气质类型有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the β3 adrenergic receptor gene(β3-AR)Trp64Arg mutation in preschool children with simple obesity in Wuhan.Methods 714 children were detected for their β3-AR genotypes.Weight,height,chest circumference were measured,and body mass index was calculated.Children’s temperament types were analyzed.Results There was significant difference in β3-AR gene polymorphism between girls with obesity to varying degrees and normal children.In the homozygous variant,there were higher levels of triglycerides,low levels of high-density lipoprotein with the difference being statistically significant.There was significant difference in the different types of temperament among the obese children with β3-AR.Conclusion The Trp64Arg mutation of β3-AR distribution in preschool children was related with simple obesity,serum lipid levels and temperament types.更多还原
