彩色多普勒超声在眼眶神经鞘瘤与海绵状血管瘤鉴别诊断的价值
Value of ultrasound and color doppler imaging in the differential diagnosis of orbital neurilemmoma and cavernous hemangioma
【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在鉴别诊断眼眶肌锥内视神经鞘瘤与海绵状血管瘤的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经病理学证实的眼眶肌锥内神经鞘瘤及海绵状血管瘤的彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:神经鞘瘤及海绵状血管瘤的声像及血流信号各有特点,7例神经鞘瘤均显示彩色血流信号,而13例海绵状血管瘤内部均未见彩色血流信号;动态检查时加压及解压过程中海绵状血管瘤有7例显示彩色血流信号。结论:结合肿瘤内部回声与血流信号特点有助于对眼眶神经鞘瘤与海绵状血管瘤进行鉴别诊断,并对手术治疗方法具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the role of ultrasonography (US) and color doppler imaging (CDI) in the differential diagnosis of orbital intraconal neurilemmoma and cavernous hemangioma. Methods: The CDI characteristics of 7 cases of neurilemmoma and 13 cases of cavernous hemangioma verified by post operation pathological examinations were studied retrospectively. Results: Different tumors had different echograms and characteristic bloods. Colour blood imagings were observed in all 7 cases of neurilemmoma while none in cavernous hemangioma. In 7 of 13 cases of cavernous haemangioma, dynamic colour blood imagings were observed during putting and taking off pressure on theeyeball. Conclusion: US and CDI are useful for differential diagnosis of neurilemmoma and cavernous hemangioma. It could be helpful for guiding operation treatment.
