【摘要】 目的:探讨尿动力学检查对于前列腺增生(BPH)合并脑血管意外患者的诊断及治疗意义。方法:对18例合并脑血管意外的BPH患者进行尿动力学检查。结果:18例脑血管意外患者中,逼尿肌反射亢进4例,逼尿肌无反射5例,逼尿肌活动低下5例,逼尿肌活动正常4例。7例下尿路梗阻患者行TURP术,其中4例排尿症状恢复正常,3例排尿症状无改善。结论:尿动力学检查有助于了解合并脑血管意外的BPH患者的下尿路梗阻的原因。明确治疗方法,并预测预后和判断疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the urodynamic study for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) patients with cerebrovascular accident combined,as well as clear the significance of diagnosis and therapeuties.Methods:The urodynamic data of 18 cases of BPH patients with cerebrovascular accident were analyzed.Results:In 18 cases,there were 4 cases of detrusor hyperreflexia,detrusor areflexia 5cases,5 cases of low detrusor activity,4cases of normal detrusor activity.TURP surgery were operated in 7 cases with lower urinary tract obstruction,of which 4 cases were normal,3 cases had no improvement in voiding symptoms.Conclusion:Urodynamic examination could determine the cause of voiding difficulity in BPH patiats complicated cerebrovascular accident,and it is important in the diagnosis and the selection of the treatment for the patient.更多还原
