【摘要】 随着经济危机的到来,大学生就业更加困难。大学生在创业意愿、创业行动、创业经验等方面的问题很突出,因而必须从战略视角构建创业理论体系模型,将高校引导、政府扶持、大学生自主创业等几个关键要素整合起来,形成一个较完整的理论体系。这样才能比较全面地具体研究以大学生创业带动就业的微观机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advent of economic crisis,employment of college students is much more difficult. We find there are several problems in college employment,such as student desire,entrepreneurial experience and so on. We put forward a theoretical model making use of entrepreneurship to promote employment,to integrate some key factors to a frame,such as the university guidance,government support and so on. Then,we could get a microscopic promotion mechanism to employment.更多还原
