【Abstract】 The rational co-ordination development under the scientific development concept has full of content. The emphasis of the strategy of rational co-ordination development include co-ordination of equilibrium and non-equilibrium development,the benefit of part and whole,relationship between cities,relationship between cities and towns,industrial distribution,competition and co-operation,market mechanism and macro-economic policies,inner and exogenous economy. The rational co-ordination is the key of economic development in regions around Bohai Sea. We should develop the strategy of rational co-ordination in the view of regional unity.更多还原
