【Abstract】 By using anti AIDS agents Zalcitabine as lead compound,from which four N-substituted cinnamyl-O-substituted cinnamyl-2’,3’-Dideoxycytidine derivatives were synthesized via condensation with the corresponding substituted cinnamic acids.The chemical structures of the new compounds were characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS.更多还原
