水上蔬菜栽培技术
Cultivation Technology of Water Vegetable
【摘要】 以竹叶菜为例,介绍了水上蔬菜从育苗到采收加工的栽培技术,为蔬菜栽培走出土壤向水面上延伸并实现产业化打下了基础,成为农民增收的一条新途径。
【Abstract】 The cultivation technology of water vegetable from seedlings to picking and processing was introduced by taking the bamboo-leaf-vegetable for example. It laid a foundation for vegetable cultivation from soil to water and to industrialization. It is a new way of increasing income for peasant.
