【Abstract】 Resveratrol has shown a strong antioxidation and anti-cardiovascular disease activity,but its poor water solubility limited its direct usage in food and medicine.In this paper,the inclusion of resveratrol by β-cyclodextrin was carried out and by the way of controlled release from the complexationt,he resveratrol water-solubility have improved up to ten thousand times,and the product is easy to be used in practice.更多还原
