溶剂前沿告警系统的研制

【摘要】 依据薄层板被溶剂浸润前后其反射率的变化即浸润前反射率高、浸润后反射率低,以及恰当的光电传感器和电路能使反射率引起的电压差别达0.1 V以上的理论根据,通过检测薄层板的反射率再配合功能部件设计出溶剂前沿告警系统.该系统操作简单、节省材料、效率高,可用于药品或食品的检验,是薄层色谱法必备仪器.

【Abstract】 The reflectivity of the thin plates changes with the change of state before and after they are infiltrated into the solvent,i.e.the reflectivity is higher before the infiltration and lower after the infiltration;the use of appropriate photoelectric sensor and circuit can make the voltage difference caused by the reflectivity between 0.1 volts and more.Based on the above theory,by way of detecting the reflectivity of the thin plates and with the combination of the functional parts,the solvent front warning system is designed.This system is a necessity for thin-layer chromatography apparatus,and can be used in drug and food testings,which allows simple operation,material saving and quick efficiency.
