圆型编织复合材料结构及弹性性能分析
Analysis of structures and elastic properties of 3D tubular braided composites
【摘要】 基于三维圆型编织携纱器的运动规律,研究了空间纱线交织结构,获得了预成型件结构的单胞模型,推导了内部单胞和表面单胞的几何特性、编织工艺参数间的数学关系.采用刚度平均化方法,计算了三维圆型编织复合材料的弹性性能参数.研究结果表明:编织角和纤维体积分数对弹性模量都有明显影响.
【Abstract】 The yarn special traces of 3D tubular braiding are analyzed based on the movement of carriers,then the unit cells of the pre-molding are established.The relationship between the geometric properties of the interior cells and surface cells and the braiding parameters is deduced.The elastic properties of 3D tubular braided composites are calculated with the stiffness averaging analytical method.The results show that the braiding angle and the fiber volume fraction offect elastic volume distinctly.
