界面聚合法制备相变微胶囊的乳化效果

【摘要】 提出了在界面聚合制备相变微胶囊过程中乳化效果的判断方法,讨论了乳化剂用量、乳化时间、乳化温度、搅拌剪切速度等因素对乳化效果的影响.结果表明:当乳化剂OP-10质量分数为1.4%、乳化时间为5 min、乳化温度为40℃、搅拌速度为900 r/min时,可得到均匀稳定的细乳液且乳化液滴的粒径在4μm左右.

【Abstract】 The judgment method of emulsifying effect in the process of microencapsulated phase change materials(MPCMs)via interfacial polymerization is presented.The effect of the ammount of emulsifier,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature,stirring shear speed on emulsifying are discussed.The results show that the stable and even emulsion with 4 μm diameter are obtained with the amount of emulsifier OP-10 as 1.4%,the emulsifying time as 5 min,emulsifying temperature as 40 ℃,stirring shear speed as 900 r/min.
