【摘要】 目的:对实施人工肝治疗的重型肝炎患者进行触摸护理使患者缓解焦虑紧张心理。方法:对59例重型肝炎患者实施触摸护理:操作前诱导放松,然后在患者的面部、头部、四肢轻轻按摩,肩部做环绕按摩等,每天2次,时间约为5~10min;另可采用音乐与触摸护理相结合的方法;并在护理前后使用汉密顿焦虑量表评定。结果:在触摸护理前、后,患者的焦虑情况差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),触摸护理后,有明显焦虑的患者例数低于触摸前。结论:实施触摸护理能够缓解实施人工肝治疗患者的心理压力,降低机体对应激的高反应性,保证人工肝治疗的顺利实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of touching nursing on psychological of severe hepatitis patients receiving treatment of artificial liver.Methods:59 severe hepatitis patients were given touching nursing for 5～10 minutes twice per day.The patients’ psychological were assessed with Hamilton Anxiety Scale before and after touching nursing.Results:The difference had statistical significance between before and after the nursing(P<0.05).After touching nursing,the case of obvious worry was less than before.Conclusion:Touching nursing can relieve pressure of patient with severe hepatitis,reduce their anxiety and stress response,help to improve effect of artificial liver.更多还原
