【摘要】 社会信用体系对于一个国家和地区的信用经济发展起到至关重要的作用。本文根据对天津市企业和消费者的问卷调查,运用加权评价法和综合模糊评价法对天津市社会信用体系进行了评价,得出的结论是:目前天津市社会信用体系虽然已有了一定基础,但还不完善,远远不能满足经济发展的需要。因此,应从失信惩戒机制、信用担保体系、信用服务体系、信用评价体系、信用教育体系和信用法律体系几方面来建立天津市社会信用体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social credit system plays a crucial role for a national and regional economic development of the credit.Based on the survey of enterprises and consumers in Tianjin,using weighted evaluation method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,Tianjin social credit system was evaluated and concluded in this article as that:at present,although this system has a certain foundation,but not perfect,and far from being able to meet the needs of economic development.It then suggests a better credit system in Tianjin should be established from the following aspects,namely,the system of penalty of breaking faith;the credit guarantee system;the credit service system;the credit evaluation system;the credit education system and the legal system.更多还原
