【Abstract】 It is the most importante characteristics that the capital should be flowed in the economic and society.The value will be increased in cause of it is fluxion.As one of the economy resource,the human capital is no exception.In modern economy and society,the human capital has been one of important produce fators of economic growth.In the thesis,the author mainly discussed the following issues in process of competitive sports professionalization in China,that is the characteristic of competitive sports athlete human capital property right fluxion;the dynamic factor and resistance fector of athlete human capital property right.It proposed the suggestions to accetlerate the property right fluxion of competitive sports athlete human capital,promote and deepen the professionalization and commercialization of competitive sports.更多还原
