【Abstract】 With the advent of economic globalization and the information age,the strategic model of industry clusters has been proven to play an im-portant impetus for economic development in the practice of regional economic development at home and abroad.Jilin resource-based cities fostering industrial clusters were just in its infancy,facing many obstacles,which resulted in a lower effect of industrial clusters in Jilin Province.To solve these problems must follow the collective industrial clusters and select the appropriate training mode of endogenous-based,and grasp the opportunities to promote the formation and upgrade of industrial clusters in Jilin Province.更多还原
