基于Pro/E的快餐碗热流道模具设计

【摘要】 介绍了快餐碗产品注塑热流道模具设计具体过程,利用Pro/E自带的模型分析功能对快餐碗产品注塑热流道模具进行了注塑成型工艺分析,并最终得到该零件的三维工程图,体现了Pro/E软件在模具设计中的优越性.

【Abstract】 The design procedure of the injection mold for hot runner mould for snack bowl were introduced.The injection process of the mold was analyzed with Pro/E software,and the 3D drawing of this part was obtained finally.This example shows the advantage of Pro/E in mold design.
