【摘要】 目的:探讨cyclinD1和P16蛋白在肾母细胞瘤发生发展中的作用及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法测定36例肾母细胞瘤和8例正常肾脏组织中cyclinD1和P16蛋白的表达。结果:(1)肾母细胞瘤中cyclinD1及P16蛋白的表达阳性率分别为55.56%(20/36)、61.11%(22/36);肾母细胞瘤组cyclinD1蛋白表达与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),瘤组织P16蛋白表达与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)肾母细胞瘤的组织分型、临床分期和有无淋巴结转移对cyclinD1和P16蛋白表达的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)cyclinD1蛋白与P16蛋白的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:(1)cyclinD1蛋白的高表达与肾母细胞瘤的发生密切相关。(2)cyclinD1和P16蛋白的浆型表达与该肿瘤的发生密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the roles of cyclinD1 and P16 proteins in the oncogenesis of nephroblastoma and the relationship between the two proteins production and the pathological characteristics of nephroblastoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expression of cyclinD1 and P16 in 36 cases of nephroblastoma and 8 cases of normal nephritic tissues.Results:(1) The expressions of cyclinD1 and P16 in the nephroblastoma tissues were 55.56%(20/36) and 61.11%(22/36),respectively.There was a significant difference in cyclinD1 between the nephroblastoma tissues and normal tissues(P<0.05),no significant difference in P16 between the nephroblastoma tissues and normal tissues(P>0.05).(2) There were no significant differences in the expressions of cyclinD1 and P16 proteins about the histological typing,clinical stage,lymph node metastases,respectively(P>0.05).(3) There was no correlation between the expressions of cyclinD1 and P16(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) The over-expression of cyclinD1 is highly related to the oncogenesis of nephroblastoma.(2) Cytoplasmic staining patterns of cyclinD1 and P16 positive cells may be associated with the occurrence of nephroblastoma.更多还原
