双修制下的动车组运用计划编制研究
Research on EMU Scheduling under Constraint of Kilometrage and Time for Scheduled Inspection and Maintenance
【摘要】 由于动车组价格昂贵、运行速度快、运行安全要求高,因此,对动车组的检修要求非常严格,需要同时编制动车组的运用计划和检修计划,而动车组是否检修同时受定检里程和定检时间的双重约束。通过研究具有定检时间约束条件下的动车组运用计划编制模型,并经过案例检算,发现定检时间约束进一步加剧了动车组运用计划编制的复杂程度,不仅所需动车组的数量增加,而且检修次数也高于只有定检里程约束下的检修次数。
【Abstract】 Because electric multiple units(EMUs) are characterized by high costs,fast speeds and high requirements for running safety,strict inspection and repair of EMUs are stipulaled.The EMU operation plan and scheme of inspection and maintenance should be compiled simultanesusly.Whether an EMU is inspected and repaired or not depends on dual constraints of both the kilometrage and time for scheduled inspection and repair.Aiming at regulation of the CRH EMU,the EMU operation plan model is presented by taking the above two constraints into account.Operation plans for the Beijing-Tianjin Dedicated Passenger Line are programmed and the results show that the constraint of scheduled inspection and repair time has evident effect on complexity of EMU scheduling and it increases the number of EMUs in service and also the number of inspections and repairs.
