【摘要】 观察壮骨胶囊对维甲酸所致骨质疏松的治疗作用。采用灌胃给予维甲酸引起大鼠骨质疏松的方法,壮骨胶囊(0.8 g/kg、0.4 g/kg、0.2 g/kg)灌胃给予大鼠,能够显著降低碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶含量,显著升高血清钙含量,显著升高骨密度,最大载荷、最大应力和抗弯截面模量明显提高,骨湿重和干重明显升高。结果表明,壮骨胶囊对于骨质疏松具有显著的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of Zhuanggu capsule on osteoporosis in the rat in-duced by using retinoic acid.The osteoporosis was induced by retinoic acid in oral administration.The alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase were remarkably decreased by 0.8,0.6,0.2 g/kg Zhuanggu capsule;and the concentration of calcium and estradiol in serumt,he densityt,he maximum load and stresst,he maximum anti-bending section modulusa,nd the dry and wet weight of bone were increased by 0.8,0.6,0.2 g/kg Zhuanggu capsule obviously.The Zhuanggu capsule has the remark-able therapeutic effects on osteoporosis.更多还原
