纤维多孔陶瓷孔结构参数的测定
MEASUREMENT OF PORE STRUCTURE PARAMETER FOR FIBER POROUS CERAMICS
【摘要】 纤维多孔陶瓷孔洞结构决定其过滤性能,故选择合适的方法和测量装置对其孔结构参数进行测定非常重要。根据液体排除法,自制一套专用测量装置,详细讨论了测量原理和计算方法,并采用计算机BP神经网络编程,对不同粘结剂制备的纤维多孔陶瓷孔结构参数进行了测定。测定结果可为优化制备工艺提供直接参考。
【Abstract】 It is important to elect a suitable measurement method and an apparatus of pore structure parameters for fiber porous ceramics,whose filter performances depend on it’s pore structure.A test apparatus based on the principle of liquid displacement porometry is established for determining pore structure parameters of fiber porous ceramics.The measuring principle and method of pore structure parameters are discussed in the article.BP neural networks are adopted to treat measured data in the computer programs.The results provide direct reference for optimization of preparation process.
