【摘要】 利用电子政务提高政府绩效水平是美国地方政府的重要战略。美国地方电子政务建立了一种以用户为中心,以服务为导向的电子政务模式。本文在中、美学者对美国地方电子政务建设研究成果的基础上,结合作者在美国的实地考察,分别从战略、管理机构、建设投入、门户网站等方面分析了美国地方电子政务建设的运行特点,并探讨了对中国地方电子政务建设的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using of e-government to improve the government performance is an important strategy for the U.S.local governments.The United States established a user-centered,service-oriented local e-government model.Based on the result of the local e-government study,combined with the investigation in the U.S local governments,this paper analyzed the characteristics of local e-government from perspective of strategic,executive agencies,investments,portal web sites and discussed the local e-government construction in China.更多还原
