【Abstract】 The small -and medium -sized enterprises are most important to the countries and regions’ social-stability and economy’s development. And the technical innovation is the motivation headspring of the enterprises’ development. Meanwhile it’s the groundwork of the enterprises’ continuous improvement. In the drastic market competition circumstance, enterprises’ sustainable developments depend on the continuous technical innovation. Based on the survey of the Anhui’s small -and -medium -sized enterprises’ innovation current situation, this thesis discovers the main factors of restriction Anhui’s small-and-medium-sized enterprises’ technical innovation.
