【摘要】 目的:制备高尿酸血症大鼠模型,并采用不同的给药方式,观察模型大鼠不同时间血尿酸的变化,以期建立稳定的慢性高尿酸血症动物模型,为研究慢性高尿酸血症、评估其治疗药物的疗效建立可靠平台。方法:予大鼠尿酸灌胃或自由饮水,同时,氧嗪酸钾(OA)分别灌胃或皮下注射,在不同时间点观察大鼠血尿酸的变化。结果:大鼠尿酸灌胃同时予OA后血尿酸显著升高,2h值最高,尤以OA皮下注射组血尿酸值最高,至6h仍维持较高水平,随着时间的延长血尿酸逐渐降低。结论:建立慢性高尿酸血症大鼠模型必须有赖尿酸及尿酸酶抑制剂同时、分次干预,才能形成稳定的高尿酸血症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make the chronic experimental hyperuricemic model and observe the change of uric acid in the different rats by different manners,so as to research chronic experimental hyperuricemic and evaluate curatic effect of the drugs.Methods Male SD rats were allocated into different groups at random.They drank uric acid or water freely,at the same time,OA was given by gastric gavages or hypodermc,the uric acid of the rats were inspected in different time.Results The uric acid of the rats who were disposeled by uric acid and OA gastric gavages was hoisted at 2 hour and maintained until at 6 hours,especially highest in the groups by hypodermic OA,it was gradually reduced along with the time gone.Conclusion To make the stable chronic experimental hyperuricemic rat model,it was necessary that uric acid and uric acid enzyme inhibitor were given repetitiously,simultaneously.更多还原
