【摘要】 目的:观察中医综合方案治疗脑卒中后并发呃逆的疗效。方法:对50例经头颅CT证实为脑出血或脑梗死的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组:西医内科治疗基础上加用中风醒脑口服液30mL鼻饲或口服,3次/d及针刺眉冲、攒足、阳白、鱼腰、风池,2次/d;对照组:西医内科治疗基础上予以氯丙嗪25mg肌注,2次/d。并记录治疗前及治疗1、3、5、7d患者呃逆症状评分。结果:治疗组有效率92%,对照组有效率44%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。利用t检验,两组在治疗1d时呃逆症状评分相比没有统计学意义,治疗3d之后,治疗组呃逆症状评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:中医综合方案治疗脑卒中后呃逆的疗效优于西医对照组,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect on hiccup caused by cerebrovascular disease treating with complex traditional chinese medical method,by contrast of the chlorpromazine way.Methods 50 cases of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infraction were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(usual medical treatment adding with traditional Chinese drug 30mL orally,three times a day,acupuncturing the acupoints of Meichong、Zanzu、Yangbai、Yuyao、Fengchi,2times a day),the contrast group(usual medical treatment adding with chlorpromazine 25mg pro injintram,2 times a day),hiccough symptoms were recorded before and after the therapy.Results There is statistical significance in differences of curative effect of between two groups after three days’therapy.The treatment group proved a better therapeutic effect.Conclusion This research suggested that the TCM complex method have a favorable treatment on hiccups after apoplexy,it is worth of populariztion.更多还原
