【摘要】 目的:分析急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血脂、脂蛋白的变化,探讨高脂血症在急性胰腺炎发生发展中的作用。方法:回顾性研究2005年6月至2009年6月AP共122例,全自动生化分析仪检测AP患者入院24 h内及治疗后7～10 d时的血脂水平,包括总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),健康体检者30例作对照。结果:与正常对照组相比,轻、重症AP患者血TG升高,HDL下降:治疗10 d后轻症急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者血TG、HDL水平恢复正常,重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血TG仍持续高水平,HDL略有升高。高脂血症性急性胰腺炎TG水平与胆源性、洒精性胰腺炎比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),与住院天数、禁食时间呈正相关。结论:甘油三酯(TG)升高为主的高脂血症是AP的发病因素之一,参与AP的发生、发展并影响其疗效,临床降血脂对AP防治有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the changes of serum lipids and lipoproteins of acute pancreatitis(AP) and explore the influence of hyperlipemia on development of AP.Methods We reviewed the information of 122 cases with AP treated in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2009.The level of serum lipid in patients with AP who hospitalized in our hospital in 24 hours and after 7～10 days treatment were measured by Automatic Biochemical Analyzer,which including the total cholesterol(TG)、total triglyceride(TG)、high density lipoprotein (HDL)、low density lipoprotein(LDL),and the same serum lipid in 30 healthy control cases were observed. Results The level of blood TG in mild acute pancreatitis(MAP) and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) was higher than that in control group,while the level of blood HDL were lower than it in control group.The level of blood TG、HDL in patients with MAP were turned to be normal level after 10 days treatment,but the same serum lipid in patients with SAP were still in high level.Comparied with biliogenpancreatitis and alcoholicpancreatitis, the level of serum TG in hyperlipidemicpancreatitis was significant difference,and correlated with days of hospitalization and dietary restriction time.Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia is one of causes in patients with AP,the level of serum lipids is related to the development and prognosis of AP.It is important for patients with AP to treat hyperlipaemia in clinic.更多还原
