【摘要】 目的建立冬葵果中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法采用分光光度法。结果标准曲线方程为Y=6.4796X+0.0035,r=0.9998,n=8。平均回收率为99.18%,RSD为1.54%,符合定量分析要求。结论该方法灵敏、简便、快速、准确可靠。更多还原
