【摘要】 目的了解硒和灵芝对免疫系统的影响。方法①质量为18～22 g昆明140只小鼠随机分为7组,其中6组左前腋皮下注射S180,然后分别给予生理盐水、灵芝、富硒灵芝、低硒灵芝、富硒灵芝加环磷酰胺和环磷酰胺处理,未注射S180的一组只给予生理盐水,一周后处死各组动物观察各组脾脏胸腺质量大小、测定血清TNF-α水平变化;②培养EL-4细胞株,分成阴性对照、阳性对照、灵芝、低硒灵芝、富硒灵芝和环磷酰胺组进行淋巴细胞转化实验。结果灵芝能增加胸腺和脾脏质量(P<0.05),提高T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05),少量的硒大大减低血清中TNF-α水平(P<0.05),大剂量的硒则能升高血清中TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。结论灵芝能增强小鼠免疫,硒能对小鼠不同的T淋巴细胞群作用不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum and Selenium on immune system.Methods①140 Kunming mice,weighed 18～22 g,were divided into seven groups at random.The six groups were injected S180 cell line in left front feet and they were given normal saline,Ganoderma lucidum,Ganoderma lucidum rich in Selenium,Ganoderma lucidum which contained the lower dose of Selenium,Ganoderma lucidum rich in selenium plus cyclophosphamide and cyclophosphamide.A week later,the weights of spleen and thymus in all groups were observed.The evel of TNF-α was detected.②EL-4 cell line was cultured.They were divided into six groups: Ganoderma lucidum group,Ganoderma lucidum rich in Selenium group,Ganoderma lucidum which contains the lower dose of Selenium group,negative control group,positive control group and cyclophosphamide group.Lymphocyte transformation test was carried out.ResultsGanoderma lucidum could increase the weights of spleen and thymus(P<0.05)and lymphocyte transformation rate(P<0.05).Lower value of Selenium could also decrease serums TNF-α(P<0.05),but higher value of Selenium could also increase serums TNF-α(P<0.05).ConclusionGanoderma lucidum can enhance immune response and Selenium has different effects on different lymphocyte colons.更多还原
