【摘要】 目的建立三棱饮片质量标准。方法测定三棱饮片的醇溶性浸出物及其有效成分总黄酮的含量,并进行性状、薄层鉴别等,在此基础上建立各指标的质量控制标准。结果三棱饮片薄层鉴别的条件为环己烷-醋酸乙酯(4∶2)为展开剂;各指标平均值,醇溶性浸出物为9.02%,总黄酮为0.94%。结论建立三棱饮片薄层鉴别、浸出物及总黄酮等质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To build up the quality standard of Sparganium stoloniferum.Methods To determine the content of alcohol-soluble extract and total flavonoids in Sparganium stoloniferum and carry out the characteristics and TLC identification.On the basis of these examinations,the quality standard was built up.Results The condition of TLC was cyclohexane-ethyl acetate(4:2).The average values of indices were alcohol-soluble extract 9.02%,total flavonoids 0.94%.Conclusion The quality standard of sparganium stoleniferum is established in the aspects of the TLC identification,alcohol extract and total flavonoids.更多还原
