紫草总酚酸辅助米非司酮对妊娠小鼠的抗早孕及对妊娠小鼠离体子宫肌条的收缩作用

【摘要】 目的观察紫草总酚酸辅助米非司酮对妊娠小鼠的抗早孕及对妊娠小鼠离体子宫肌条的收缩作用。方法对妊娠昆明种小鼠于妊娠第6~8天给药,共8组,每组10只,观察妊娠抑制率;用放射免疫法测定血清中孕酮的水平。建立离体子宫平滑肌装置,研究紫草总酚酸对孕龄5~10d的受孕小鼠的离体子宫平滑肌的作用。结果用小鼠口服紫草总酚酸1040mg.kg-1能够显著性的提高单用米非司酮(1.5mg.kg-1)的妊娠抑制率(P<0.05),并能增加实验组平均死胎数,但是对血清孕酮的水平没有明显的影响(P>0.05)。紫草总酚酸有显著增强早孕小鼠离体子宫平滑肌条的收缩活性的作用(与给药前比较P<0.01)。结论紫草总酚酸辅助米非司酮对妊娠小鼠的抗早孕作用明显,其抗早孕作用不是通过降低孕酮水平来实现的。紫草总酚酸可显著增强早孕小鼠离体子宫平滑肌条的收缩活性。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of phenolic acids from Arnebia euchroma assist Mifepristone in anti-Earlypregnancy of mice and the effect of the phenolic acids on contractile activity of isolate uterine smooth muscle strips in gravid rats.Methods The mice with phenolic acids during the 6th to 8th days,and the restaining rate of pregnancy was observed.At the same time,the progesterone level in blood serum was deseruined by radioimmunoassay.The equipment of isolate uterine smooth muscle was used to study the effect of the phenolic acids on isolate uterine smooth muscle strips in gravid rats that has been pregnancy for 5~10days.Results 1040 mg/kg phenolic acids could markedly increase the restaining rate of pregnancy(P<0.05) induced by Mifepristone dose (1.5 mg·kg-1).In addition,the number of everage still birth increased,however,to the the progesterone level in blood serum,it has little effect.(P>0.05).The phenolic acids had a marked effect on contractile activity of isolate uterine smooth muscle strips in gravid rats.Conclusion The effect of the phenolic acids assist Mifepristone in anti-Earlypregnancy of mice is clear which is not relevant to the decrease of progesterone level phenolic acids has a marked effect on contractile activity of isolated uterine smooth muscle strips in gravid rats.
