【摘要】 目的探讨黄精水提的最佳工艺。方法以浸膏得率和多糖含量为考察指标,采用正交实验优选黄精的提取工艺条件。结果影响黄精提取的因素的程度依次为固液比、提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间。最适工艺条件为:加14倍量的水,浸泡30min,煎煮3次,30min/次。结论该工艺简便、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the optimum extraction technique of Polygonatum sibiricum in compound Hongjingtian buccal tablets.Methods The extraction ratio of whole solids and content of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide were used as indexes,the optimum conditions of the extraction of Polygonatum sibiricum were studied by orthogonal design of L9(34).Results The order of factors was A>D>B>C.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:14 times of water,soaking 30min,water decoction 30 minutes for three times.Conclusion The best extraction technique is reasonable,practicable and convenient.更多还原
