祛淤生新法对药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜超微结构的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨祛淤生新法的代表方剂生化止血饮对药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜超微结构的影响。方法40只受孕大鼠随机分为正常孕鼠组、模型组、益母草组、生化止血饮组,电镜下观察药物流产后大鼠子宫蜕膜超微结构。结果正常孕鼠组均可见体积较大的蜕膜细胞;模型组均可见蜕膜细胞体积减小,细胞核曲度增加;益母草组部分蜕膜细胞开始凋亡,核皱缩;生化止血饮组蜕膜细胞已经凋亡被吞噬,未见蜕膜细胞。结论生化止血饮可明显促进药流后大鼠子宫蜕膜细胞调亡脱落并加速子宫内膜修复。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Shenghuazhixueyin from Eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood on ultrastructures of pregnancy decidua after drug-induced abortion.Methods 40 rats were divided into normal pregnant group,model group,Yimucao group and Shenghuazhixueyin group,the ultrastructures of pregnancy decidua after drug-induced abortion was observed under electron microscope.Results Normal pregnant group had normal decidual cell with big volume;model group had decidual cell with volume reducing and the cell nucleus curvature was inreased;inYimu cao group partial decidual cell began to apoptosis,the nuclear shrinked;in Shenghuazhixueyin group,the pregnancy decidua cell underwent and was swallowed,and the decidual cell was not been observed.Conclusion Shenghuazhixue yin from eliminating blood stasis to promote regeneration of blood can promote the pregnancy decidua cell apoptosis obviously and accelerate the endometrium regeneration.
