【摘要】 近年来,弱势群体问题逐渐成为我国学界关注的热点话题之一。弱势群体在就业、利益表达、维权、心理等方面所面临的困境严重制约和影响了社会安定与和谐。在论述当前我国弱势群体的特征、困境及其成因的基础上,提出了消解当前我国弱势群体困境的主要对策,这包括:实行就业援助,不断提高弱势群体的就业竞争力;努力构建起理性的、畅通的和制度化的弱势群体利益表达机制;加强司法救济,大力完善弱势群体权利保护制度;积极构筑起弱势群体的精神支持和人文关怀机制等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the problems of disadvantaged groups have become one of the hottest issues in China’s academic circle.The difficulties facing these disadvantaged groups in employment,interest expression,maintaining rights and psychology etc.have seriously restricted and effected social stability and harmony.On the basis of discussing the characteristics,difficulties and the causes of these difficulties of the disadvantaged groups in our country,major countermeasures were proposed to resolve these difficulties,which include employment aid,the raising of their employment competitiveness,the construction of a rational,unobstructed and institutionalized expression mechanism of interests of the disadvantaged groups.Meanwhile efforts should be put into the legal relief,the improvement of the protection system of the rights of these groups and building the mechanism of spiritual support and humanitarian care.更多还原
