【摘要】 [目的]观察腰椎牵引加中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]将118例随机分为两组,治疗组61例采用腰椎牵引加中药熏蒸治疗,对照组57例单纯予以药物治疗。[结果]治疗组经过1～2个疗程治疗后,总有效率95.1%,对照组有效率为73.7%,同时观察治疗后2个月内症状复发率治疗组明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]腰椎牵引加中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明确。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] lumbar traction and medicine fumigation treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [Method] 118 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,61 cases with lumbar traction and medicine fumigation treatment,57 patients in control group to drug treatment alone.[Results] after 1 to 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate 95.1%,control group was 73.7%,were observed within 2 months after treatment,recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group compared statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Chinese fumigation treatment of lumbar traction and effect of specific lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
