【摘要】 [目的]探讨复方苦参注射液持续滴注联合肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗原发性肝癌疗效。[方法]选择不宜手术的中晚期肝癌60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组:先行TACE术,术后第2天行外周中心静脉置管(PICC),连接化疗泵,每日持续24h静脉滴注复方苦参注射液20mL,持续14天,共15天为1个疗程,每疗程间隔15天,共治疗2个疗程;对照组:行TACE术治疗1次为1个疗程,每疗程间隔1个月,共治疗2个疗程。2个疗程结束时治疗组和对照组进行疗效评价。[结果]肿瘤稳定率、缓解肝区疼痛、腹胀及提高生存质量方面,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异。[结论]复方苦参注射液持续静滴联合肝动脉化疗栓塞能一定程度上稳定肿瘤生长,改善症状和提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] Effect of matrine injections of continuous infusion combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) treatment of primary liver cancer.[Method] Select appropriate surgery in 60 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,the treatment group:TACE first postoperative day 2 quiet home peripherally inserted central line tube ( PICC),to connect chemotherapy pump,24h day continuous intravenous infusion of matrine injection 20mL,continued for 14 days,a total of 15 days for a treatment periods,each period of 15 days,a total of 2 courses of treatment;control group:TACE treatment of 1 to 1 treatment periods,each interval of 1 month,2 courses of treatment.2 courses at the end of the treatment group and control group for efficacy evaluation. [Results] Tumor stabilization rate,relieve liver pain,bloating and quality of life in the treatment group than the control group,two groups were significantly different.[Conclusion] Continuous intravenous drip of matrine injection combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization to a certain extent,stability and tumor growth,improve symptoms and quality of life.更多还原
