【摘要】 [目的]观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞疗效。[方法]甘露醇静点降颅压,中药方用补阳还五汤加减,1日3次。[结果]治疗32例,基本痊愈19例,显效2例,有效8例,无效3例。[结论]采用中西医结合,较单纯西药治疗效果显著。更多还原
