【摘要】 [目的]观察丹红注射液合贝爽针剂并用治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。[方法]将152例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者分为常规治疗加用丹红注射液及合贝爽针剂治疗组78例(治疗组)和常规治疗组74例(对照组)。[结果]治疗组心绞痛症状改善、心电图改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]与常规治疗相比,加用丹红注射液联合合贝爽针剂治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the curative effects of danhong injection combined with diltiazem in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.[Methods]In accordance with the diagnostic criteria,152 patients were selected and then divided into a routine treatment group with 74 cases (control group) and a routine treatment plus danhong injection and diltiazem group with 78 cases ( treatment group).[Results]The improvements of angina and ECG in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,P <0.05.The whole blood viscosity and fibrous proteinogen levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,P < 0.05.[Conclusions]The extra treatment of unstable angina pectoris with danhong injection and diltiazem has better curative effects,compared with the routine treatment.更多还原
