【摘要】 [目的]运用化痰通腑法结合卡马西平提高治疗癫痫部分性发作的疗效。[方法]将80例癫痫部分性发作患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组40例采用卡马西平治疗,治疗组采用化痰通腑法结合卡马西平治疗,1个疗程后(14天)观察化痰通腑法结合卡马西平治疗的改善情况。[结果]中西医结合治疗的总有效率90%。[结论]运用化痰通腑法结合卡马西平治疗癫痫部分性发作疗效满意。更多还原
