【摘要】 校外实习是高职院校学生基于职业的、真实的、岗位的、参与工作过程的实践活动,对提高学生学习的有效性,全面发展学生的综合职业能力具有重要的意义。目前有些高职院校对学生校外实习的管理存在着疏漏,主要表现在疏忽对学生实习的管理以及忽视对校外学生的管理,使得学生校外实习的管理中存在诸多问题。要解决高职院校学生校外实习管理存在的系列问题,需做实"四化管理",即:深化实习管理机制、强化实习基地建设、优化实习导师结构、细化实习管理办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The off-campus practice of college students is a practical activity based on authentic,job purposed working process.This will improve the effectiveness of students’ learning and has a great significance in students’ comprehensive vocational ability.Yet,at present,there are some problems existed in the management.On one hand,the schools neglect the management at students’ practice;on the other hand,the schools neglect the off-campus students in management.The schools need to enhance "the four modernizations of managements",namely: deepening the practice management system,strengthening the practice base,optimizing the structure of instructors,and detailing practical management approaches.更多还原
