【摘要】 目的:探讨多参数的形态定量分析对胃癌及胃良性病变的鉴别价值。方法:利用HMIAS-2000医学图文分析测量系统,对20例慢性胃炎及45例胃癌的组织病理学切片中的腺上皮细胞细胞核进行多参数的形态测定。结果:在22个形态定量参数中,12项胃良性病变与胃癌有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),3项有统计学差异(P<0.05),7项无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:多参数的形态计量揭示了胃癌与胃良性病变的细胞核形态学计量特征,对辅助鉴别诊断具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the differential value of multi-parameter quantitative analysis on the nuclear morphology in gastritis and gastric cancer.Methods Using multimedia image analytical system(HMIAS-2000),We conducted multi-parameter morphometry for the nuclei of the glandular epithelial cells from the pathology sections of 20 cases of gastritis and 45 cases of gastric cancer.Results Of 22 parameters,12 differed significantly between gastritis and gastric cancer(P < 0.01),3 differed moderately(P < 0.05),and 7 did not differed(P > 0.05).Conclusions Multiparameter morphometry shows the morphological features of the nuclei of gastric cancer cells and non-cancer cells.It plays a role in the differential diagnosis of gastritis and gastric cancer.更多还原
