【摘要】 目的了解江西省艾滋病网络直报工作人员状况,为加强江西省艾滋病网络直报工作提供科学依据。方法采用自填式问卷调查全省市级及县级疾病预防控制机构和医疗机构网络直报工作人员。资料录入Epidata数据库,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果江西省艾滋病网络直报工作人员学历以大专和本科为主,占75.8%;公共卫生专业仅占31.5%;职称以中级和初级为主,占88.6%;工龄以10年以上为主,占66.7%;从事艾滋病病例报告工作年数以4年以上为主,占32.9%。结论艾滋病网络直报工作人员学历整体较高,但缺乏公共卫生专业人员,需要加强对艾滋病网络直报人员的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the general characteristics of the personnel for HIV/AIDS case online reporting in Jiangxi Province,and to provide a scientific basis for improving the reporting quality in Jiangxi. Methods The personnel for HIV/AIDS case online reporting in the municipal-and county-level CDCs and medical institutions in Jiangxi were surveyed by self-filling questionnaire.The data were imported into the Epidata database,and then statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. Results The educational backgrounds of the personnel for HIV/AIDS case online reporting in Jiangxi are mainly undergraduate degree and junior college degree,accounted for 75.8%.The proportion of the personnel whose majors were public health was only 31.5%.Their professional titles were mainly primary and intermediate,with the proportion of 88.6%.Most of the professionals’ working years were more than 10 years,with the proportion of 66.7%.Most of the professionals’ working years for HIV/AIDS case online reporting were more than 4 years,with the proportion of 32.9%. Conclusions The personnel for HIV/AIDS case online reporting in Jiangxi generally have a high-level of educational background,but they lack the specialized knowledge about public health.Therefore,it is necessary to improve training for them in HIV/AIDS case online reporting.更多还原
