肺炎Ⅰ号对肺纤维化大鼠组织形态和胶原纤维的影响

【摘要】 目的观察肺炎Ⅰ号对肺纤维化大鼠病理学组织形态、胶原纤维的影响。方法将动物分成假手术组,模型组,肺炎Ⅰ号低、中、高剂量组和氢化可地松组六组,博莱霉素A5造模第7、28 d行常规病理形态和苦味酸天狼猩红-偏光法检测。结果肺炎Ⅰ号能抑制博莱霉素A5造成的肺泡炎、肺纤维化的病变程度,抑制Ⅰ型胶原的增加,对抗Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比例下降。结论肺炎Ⅰ号通过抑制肺泡炎的发展、抑制胶原纤维的沉积,特别是维持胶原沉积与降解动态平衡而抑制纤维化的发展,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of pneumonia mixture Ⅰ on pathological morphology and collagen fibers of pulmonary fibrosis rats.Methods The rats were divided into sham operation group,model group,low-/middle-/high-dose of pneumonia mixtureⅠgroups and hydrocortisone group.On the 7th and 28th days after modeling by bleomycin A5,the rats were sacrificed to detect pathological morphology by dyes came from HE,and to detect collagen by dyes came from Sirius Red.Results Pneumonia mixtureⅠ could inhibit pathological change degrees of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis caused by bleomycin A5,repress collagen Ⅰ increasing,and confront the proportion of Ⅲ/Ⅰ collagen decreasing.Conclusions Pneumonia mixture Ⅰ could inhibit the development of fibrosis through inhibiting the development of alveolitis and deposition of collagen fibers,especially by retaining the dynamic equilibrium between collagen deposition and degradation.It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
