【摘要】 目的分析我院神经外科重症监护病房(NICU)铜绿假单胞菌感染情况,制定合理的预防控制措施。方法采集的NICU中患者分泌物、物表及医务人员手标本,按常规方法培养分离出铜绿假单胞菌,并按2007年CLSI标准采用K-B纸片法检测耐药性,同时对耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌耐药谱进行分析。结果铜绿假单胞菌检出共120株,耐亚胺培南菌株41株,耐亚胺培南菌株可能来源于同一菌株。结论手传播在铜绿假单胞菌的播散感染中具有主要地位。提高手卫生的重视,可预防和控制铜绿假单胞菌的感染,降低该菌的感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the condition of infection of Pseudomonas aeruginose in NICU,and to formulate the rational prevention and control measures. Methods The specimens of patients’ secretion and hands of medical staff were cultivated.The drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginose was detected by K-B.Spectra of drug fast were analyzed. Results Totally 120 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginose were detected,41 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginose of imipenem-fast were detected in them,Pseudomonas aeruginose of imipenem-fast showed that they were originated from the same strain. Conclusions Hand spread is considered as the main way in dissemination of Pseudomonas aeruginose.Paying special attention to hand hygiene can prevent and control the infection of Pseudomonas aeruginose and reduce its infection rate.更多还原
