【摘要】 目的评价鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术的经济实用性。方法对鼻泪管阻塞患者分别采用传统外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术、鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊吻合术、鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术,运用临床经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果 3组手术方案治疗的效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术的成本-效果比(C/E)较好,为最佳治疗方案。结论鼻泪管逆植球头硅胶管术是值得推广的一个手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the economic practicality of silicone reverse-intubation for nasolacrimal drainage obstruction.Methods The patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were treated with traditional external dacryocystorhinostomy,mechanical endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy,and silicone reverse-intubation,respectively.The clinical economic cost-effectiveness analysis method was used to evaluate the three treatment methods.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of the three therapeutic methods(P>0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio(C/E)of silicone reverse-intubation was better than those of other two methods,and it was the best therapeutic scheme.Conclusion Silicone reverse-intubation is worth popularizing in treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.更多还原
