【摘要】 目的通过对中毒事故的调查,找出引起毒蘑菇中毒的主要原因,以及预防中毒的主要措施。方法采用现场调查和描述性分析对村民误食野生毒蘑菇中毒事故的调查处理过程进行讨论。结果村民对野生毒蘑菇的识别能力不强,凭经验采食野生蘑菇是引起中毒的主要原因。结论根据流行病学、临床表现、实验室检测以及形态学鉴定结果 ,可以确诊为一起村民误食以假褐云斑伞为主的野生毒蘑菇引起的中毒事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the main reason and the main countermeasures of wild poisonous mushroom poisoning through investigating the accident.Methods With field survey and descriptive analysis,the investigation and disposal process of villagers’ wild poisonous mushroom poisoning accident was discussed.Results The villagers’ recognition abilities to wild poisonous mushroom were not strong,and the food poisoning mainly resulted from foraging for and eating wild mushrooms with experience.Conclusions According to the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,laboratory testing results,and morphological identification results,the accident can be confirmed a wild poisonous mushroom poisoning incident which mainly caused by mistaken eating Amanita pseudoporphyria.更多还原
