【摘要】 目的了解钦州市普通人群的糖尿病(DM)和糖调节受损(IGR)的患病现状及其发展趋势。方法通过调查祖籍钦州且居住10年以上的18岁以上居民或农渔民6156人,进行问卷调查、体格检查和测空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖。结果糖尿病患病率为10.17%,标化患病率为8.73%,IGT患病率2.84%,标化率2.66%及IFG患病率2.75%,标化率2.70%。结论钦州市糖尿病的发展趋势不容乐观,加强糖尿病知识的宣教,预防和早期发现糖尿病是今后工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status and development tendency of diabetes mellitus(DM)and impaired glucose regulation(IGR)in general population who live in Qinzhou.Methods Questionnaire investigation,physical examination,fasting blood glucose(FBG)testing,and 2-hour post-meal blood glucose(2PBG)testing were carried out in 6,156 individuals aged 18 years or over who lived in Qinzhou over 10 years.Results The prevalence rates of DM,impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)and impaired fasting glucose(IFG)were 10.17%,2.84%,and 2.75%,respectively.The standardized prevalence rates of DM,IGT,and IFG were 8.73%,2.66%,and 2.70%,respectively.Conclusions The trend of diabetes mellitus is still far from optimistic in Qinzhou.Strengthening the propaganda of diabetes knowledge,preventing and early detecting of diabetes mellitus are the direction of the future work.更多还原
