【摘要】 目的探讨HSF1在前列腺癌组织中的表达及与前列腺癌各项临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法和图像分析系统研究82例前列腺癌标本中HSF1的表达情况。结果HSF1蛋白在前列腺癌癌细胞胞浆部位染色阳性,阳性表达率为89.2%。HSF1在前列腺癌组织中的表达与Gleason评分呈正相关(r=0.66,P<0.001)。HSF1表达与PSA水平随PSA升高而升高,呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.001)。结论HSF1蛋白在前列腺癌中表达增加,可能与调控热休克蛋白家族成员作用机制有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of heat shock factor 1(HSF1) in prostate cancer tissues and the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features of prostate cancer.Methods The expression of HSF1 in 82 tissue samples of prostate cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry and the results were analyzed by medical image analysis system.Results Immunohistochemical staining of HSF1 protein in the cytoplasm of prostate cancer cell was positive,with the positive expression rate of 89.2%.The expression of HSF1 in prostate cancer tissues was positively correlated with Gleason score (r=0.66,P<0.001).The expression of HSF1 and PSA levels were increased with the raising of PSA,and there was a positive correlation between them (r=0.76,P<0.001).Conclusions The enhanced expression of HSF1 protein in prostate cancer may be associated with the regulation mechanism of heat shock protein family members.更多还原
