注意缺陷多动障碍儿童智力结构分析
Analysis of Intellectual Structure of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
【摘要】 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童智力结构特征。方法采用中国-韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)对152例ADHD患儿与80例正常儿童进行智力测评,比较两组C-WISC的分测验量表分、智商及因子智商。结果 ADHD儿童除词汇分测验之外,各分测验量表分、言语智商、操作智商、总智商及各因子智商均低于正常对照组,ADHD儿童操作智商低于言语智商(均P<0.01)。结论 ADHD儿童智商处于正常水平或边缘状态,智力发展不平衡,注意和记忆能力缺陷明显。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the character of intelligence of children with ADHD. Methods One hundred and fifty-two children with ADHD and 80 normal children were tested by C-WISC. Results The subtest scores except the vocabulary,VIQ,PIQ,FIQ,Factor A,Factor B,Factor C in children with ADHD was significantly lower than those in normal children. PIQ in children with ADHD was lower than VIQ. Conclusions The intelligence quotient of ADHD children is at the normal level or at the edge level,the development of intellectual abilities appeared to be imbalance and the deficiency of attention and memory is prominent.
