【摘要】 目的探讨信号转导和转录激活因子4(STAT4)基因多态性与类风湿关节炎发病的相关性。方法以聚合酶链反应连接酶检测反应(PCR-LDR)法对139例RA患者和139名正常对照组进行STAT4基因rs7574865位点的SNP分型,比较各基因型及等位基因频率在正常人群和RA患者中的差异。结果 RA组STAT4 rs7574865各基因型分布频率与正常对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),T型和G型等位基因频率在RA组与正常对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01,OR1.658,95%可信区间为1.154～2.383)。结论 STAT4 rs7574865位点GT/TT基因型与RA发病具有相关性,STAT4基因rs7574865位点T等位基因为RA患者的易感基因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate correlation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 4(STAT4) gene polymorphsim with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods RA cases and the control subjects 139 were selected sespectively,genotyping of the STAT4 gene rs7574865 was done by ligase detection reaction PCR(PCR-LDR),analysis of the differences in the frequencies of STAT4rs7574865 genotypes/alleles between the RA group and the control subjects was performed.Results The frequency of the STAT4 rs7574865 genotype was significantly different between RA and healthy control subjects(P<0.05).The frequency of G/T allele was significantly different with that of RA and the control subjects(P<0.01,OR1.658,95% CI 1.154～2.383).Conclusion The polymorphsim of STAT4 gene rs7574865G/T confers susceptibitity to RA.Allele T is associated with RA.更多还原
